Delete your account

1. Open Compline and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Danger zone, choose Delete account.
4. Confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.

1. Enter the email address on the account.
2. Tick the confirmation box and submit.
3. We email that address a confirmation link — this is how we verify the request comes from the account holder.
4. Click the link. The account is deleted immediately once confirmed.

Everything tied to the account: your journal entries, titles, tags, moods, habits, intentions and chat messages; attached photos, voice notes and files; your profile, name and username; your AI credit balance and its ledger; your account itself and its sign-in credentials.

• Billing records of purchases you made, retained for the period required by law. These identify a transaction, not your journal content.
• Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple. We do not control these; request their deletion through the store.
• Crash and error reports that reference the deleted account's internal id may persist for up to 180 days before they are pruned on a schedule — they contain no journal content, only a message, a stack trace and the route the error occurred on.

Nothing else is retained. Your entries are never used to train AI models. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
